Jackson Hole born and raised makeup artist, wife, and new mom, Tanya, has been bringing brides a unique, luxury experience on their wedding day that covers everything from intentional and quality skin prep to a carefully styled and planned makeup look that will last through the most western and wild wedding day.
With over 14 years of experience in the industry across the U.S., and as the owner of Teton Barber and Hair & Makeup by Tanya, Tanya Crocker has watched the west and the wedding industry change. Her mission, and her goal for brides has stayed the same.
When asked the “why” for what she does, Tanya’s answer was what every bride should crave hearing. In short, she shared, “I want them to see their authentic beauty in a new light. I don’t ever want a bride to be un-recognizable, especially to the groom or herself, but I want her to be stunned by her own beauty. I want her to be the best version of herself.”
As a personal lover of a natural, blushy, and “fresh face” look, Tanya stressed that the one thing no bride should go without is an amazing base for her makeup. In an effort to build a beautiful foundation for any makeup aesthetic, she curated her own prep regiment that is exclusive to her brides. This day-of makeup prep includes things like deep exfoliation and mosturization, with the end goal of a makeup look that, from the base up, is flawless and more than any bride would hope for or expect.
With a career that has taken her from Fox News and Vogue to intimate elopements in Montana and Wyoming, Tanya has brought together a makeup team of 30 artists that work with almost 400 brides and countless bridesmaids every year, across the western states. Her team is an extension of herself and her mission for the bridal industry. They’ve all worked in person alongside her and they bring the same passion and standards to every bride that has made Hair & Makeup by Tanya a recognizable and sough- after name in the western bridal industry.
As someone who has achieved so much in an intense and competitive industry, Tanya shared that this is the time for her team to shine.
